Education
I am a retired Special Education teacher. I hold a BS. from UMASS earning a GPA of 3.87 (Magna cum Laude) and a M.Ed. in Special Education from Fitchburg State earning a GPA of 3.99 (Summa cum Laude). I have completed course study in; Transitional planning, Wilson Reading, and Woodcock Johnson Assessments.
Experience
I am currently licensed in SPED/Moderate Disabilities, Middle School Math, and Administration. As a Special Ed teacher I have experience teaching across the curriculum in addition to Math. I have tutored in before and after school settings to support MCAS and PARCC testing as well as general curriculum. I have experience with both gifted as well as struggling students. I am also experienced in developing and administering IEP's.
